2025-2026 Registration

 

1.)     Complete registration form with $50 registration fee payable to: AES  →   Registration Form

2.)     The following items will be collected after registration is confirmed:​

- Submit online Student Data form using this link → Student Data Form

- Copy of state issued Birth Certificate →  Application for KS Birth Certificate

- Current Physical signed/dated by a Physician (dated Sep. 1, 2024 - Sep. 1, 2025) → Health Forms444

- Copy of Current Immunization Record (option to fax 316-445-2252 or email to aes@usd267.com)

- Tuition Letter and Form →Tuition Letter   →Authorization of Payment (attach a voided check for option 2)
